We finally brought out the grill this week so it’s only right to make a blog post featuring the deliciousness that came off of it! Steak, scallops, and corn on the cob was one of the first meals we made on the grill this year, and it was phenomenal. We have a pellet grill that doubles as a smoker, so the smokey flavor makes any food that is cooked on it at least ten times better than a regular grill. Prepping the meat is the only slightly time consuming part, which makes grilling that much more enjoyable. When you don’t have to spend hours in the kitchen to have a good meal, the food tastes that much more amazing. If you’ve never had scallops off of a pellet grill, you’re missing out!
The second best thing about bringing the grill out besides the food is the feeling of summer approaching. Winters in Plymouth are too cold and way too long, so when the weather finally starts getting warmer it’s a good sign. Warm summer nights are soon approaching which means good food and cold drinks!
